We will endeavour to pack and send all orders (standard, express and international) within 3 working days, most in stock products will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment for your order. Express orders same day dispatch. Pre order items will be shipped as soon as possible.

CARRIE CASE packaging is eco- friendly. In consideration of our environment, we do not create excess waste or unnecessary plastic for or within our packaging. 

Our courier bags are made from 100% recycled material and are reusable and recyclable.

Refunds 

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. However we want you to find the perfect case for your phone.

Exchanges are welcome - please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Carrie Case and is the customers responsibility.

How do I initiate an exchange? 

The item is to be returned in its original condition You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at su@carrie-case.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item within 7 days of receiving your item, with no visible signs of damage or wear.

Once the return is accepted, let us know the size and colour of new item.

We will be in touch upon receiving your package. 

CARRIE CASE reserves all rights to reject return or exchange if all terms and conditions have not been complied with.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Warranty

We proudly offer a 6 month warranty on all of our products. Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards and our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. We do not guarantee that our products will protect your device from possible damage and offer no warranty beyond that of our products. We do not offer any warranty on your device used in connection with our products.
