Standard Shipping via Australia post (2-5 business days) - $10.00 AUD

Express Shipping via Australia post (1-2 business days) - $15.00 AUD

International shipping - $20.00AUD 

CARRIE CASE packaging is eco- friendly. In consideration of our environment, we do not create excess waste or unnecessary plastic for or within our packaging. Our canvas bags are made from unbleached and undyed cotton.

Our courier bags are made from 100% recycled material and are reusable and recyclable.

Refunds 

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. However we want you to find the perfect case for your phone so we are happy to organise a credit note for you to use towards an exchange. 

How do I initiate a return? 

The item/s and cotton pouch is to be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your item/s, with no visible signs of damage or wear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at su@carrie-case.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

We will be in touch upon receiving your package. 

CARRIE CASE reserves all rights to reject return or exchange if all terms and conditions have not been complied with.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
